She has more than 20 years of experience at companies such as 10x Genomics, Applied Biosystems, Life Technologies, and Thermo Fisher Scientific. As CEO of Vector Laboratories, Lisa drives the company’s expansion and business strategies and continually seeks unmet market opportunities. She is also passionate about mentoring teams, fostering inclusion, and prioritizing a people-first work environment. Lisa has created an inclusive organization where accomplishments are recognized and celebrated. Outside of her CEO duties, she encourages STEM participation by girls and young women through community activism and personal connections.
