Kristin Gustafson brings over 25+ years of HR leadership across biotech, oncology, medical device, and high-tech organizations. Most recently, she spent 2 years as Chief Human Resources Officer at Mirati Therapeutics. As a key member of the Mirati executive leadership team, she helped drive the company’s rapid growth, including building out Medical Affairs and all Commercial capabilities. At Mirati, KG was responsible for global employee engagement, strategic talent initiatives and all matters related to people and culture. Prior to Mirati, KG was the Senior Vice President of Human Resources and Facilities at Turnstone Biologics. She had a range of leadership experiences, including leading HR and Facilities at Kite Pharma and Intercept Pharmaceuticals as well as founding Chemo101, a company focused on patient-related services for newly diagnosed cancer patients.
