Senior Vice President

Katherine Lynch serves as a Senior Vice President within Trammell Crow Company’s Atlanta Business Unit and is a native Atlantan. She is responsible for sourcing, shaping and executing TCC’s office and life sciences development and investment in Atlanta, Tennessee, and Alabama. Her focus is directed on office, life sciences, and mixed-use development opportunities including site acquisition, overseeing underwriting, supervising the design, capitalization, overseeing marketing and leasing, and overall asset management functions through to
disposition of the asset. Projects include Twelve24, a speculative 345,000 RSF Class AA Office Tower in Dunwoody, GA which was completed in March 2020. Insight Global leased 99% of the project which was sold in June 2021. Additionally, Katherine is the lead for Science Square, a $1B mixed-use life sciences district which will include multiple phases of purpose-built R&D labs ground leased from Georgia Tech. The first phase is a 364,000 RSF commercial speculative Class AA Lab/Office Tower and 280 residential units which broke ground in April 2022 and will deliver in March 2024. Future phases include up to an additional 1.3M SF of Lab/Office development, 250 residential units, green space and ground floor retail throughout.

A 17-year veteran of the commercial real estate industry, Katherine previously served as First Vice President for CBRE Atlanta, specializing in the marketing and leasing of office buildings for institutional owners. During her tenure, she completed more than 475 transactions, in excess of 5 million square feet, representing $875 million in total lease volume. In 2009, Lynch was the recipient of the William H. McAdam Memorial Award for being the nation’s highest producing first-year salesperson throughout the Company. Prior to CBRE, she served as Development Associate at Pope & Land Enterprises where she worked on development activities including land acquisition, land assemblage, entitlements and marketing of over 1,500 acres of industrial land in Coweta County within the Bridgeport project, and the Shenandoah and Creekside Industrial Parks. Prior to attending business school at Tulane University, Katherine worked at Coxe Curry & Associates from 2001 to 2003 as a consultant for non-profit organizations in Atlanta.

Katherine has been involved with Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta, the Epilepsy Foundation, the Center for Visually Impaired, The Ellis School, and in 2019 founded The Ann Townsend Lynch Foundation whose mission is to support local non-profit organizations that serve metro Atlanta’s disabled children, which made its first major grant of $60,000 to Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta’s Medically Complex Care Clinic.
