Roger is a veteran life science executive with extensive experience in strategic planning and business development in highly innovative companies. He is the Founder and Principal of New England PharmAssociates, a virtual consultancy leveraging his BioPharmaceutical business and R&D experience, industry insights and global network through advisory and fractional executive engagements - most often with companies at the Seed-Series A stage. His business insights derive from a diverse background in life sciences that includes leadership of multidisciplinary scientific teams in Biotech, drug discovery in Big Pharma, international strategic alliance management, early drug development leadership, incubator foundation and entrepreneurship. Roger has a BA in Chemistry from Holy Cross, a PhD in Synthetic Chemistry from Wesleyan University, completed a postdoctoral fellowship at Yale University and thoroughly enjoys being on a life-long journey of continuous learning. A longtime supporter of the life science innovation ecosystem, Roger has been active in entrepreneur education and mentorship, contributing to the development of the next generation of innovators.
