Farah Ahmad has 20 years of experience in the clinical development industry, and is passionate about business strategy, disruptive technology, diversity, teamwork, and authentic leadership. Her prior roles include SVP, Global Business Development Head, Early Phase at Syneos Health, and Chief Commercial Officer at Strategikon where she launched Clinical Maestro, a SaaS tool for clinical business operations. Farah joined Press Ganey in May 2022 as President, Life Sciences, leading the development of their strategy and the creation of a unique offering for biopharma and device companies to thrive through patient-focused development and commercialization. Under Farah’s leadership, Press Ganey will carry out its vision to increase patient retention through standardized measurement of experience, real-time insights, advanced technologies, and industry-wide recognition of top quality.
Farah holds a B.Sc. in Biochemistry from McGill University and an MBA with a major in Strategy from Concordia’s John Molson School of Business. Farah resides in Montreal, QC, Canada.
